Nothing. Tuesday's my night off. Besides, I am using my Tuesdays to use all of the birthday "free meals" that I get from my favorite (and not so favorite) chain restaurants.

However, I will note that not one of the chain restaurants use Sysco.

Enjoyed a meatless, mycoprotein (had never seen or used that word before that I can remember. ) Quorn burger with asparagus. Drank Stone IPA.

I made open-faced english muffin sandwiches of layers of avocado, deli turkey, sharp cheddar, and thinly sliced tomato, toasted to melting in the toaster oven.
