Chinese take out, we shared moo shu beef, cheese wontons, egg rolls and DH had some chicken mei fun. We have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Forgot it's kidlet night, and he hates mushrooms. While I am one of those parents that's "you eat what is served" I see no point in serving something I know is not liked.

Quinoa, black bean, chicken bake, with onions, fresh chilies, black olives and cheese topped with avocado and green onions.

We had the country pork ribs I made on Saturday with tortillas and green rice.

Last night's chicken and peaches on the grill. I put those on field greens, sprinkled with gorgonzola and used a balsamic honey mustard dressing.


Tonight I am making flatbread pizzas. I plan on pepperoni, prosciutto and pear and margherita flatbreads.

Last night was cumin-dusted lamb chops and chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, fresh berries & cream for dessert.

Tonight will be sockeye salmon and steamed asparagus, fresh pears or banana sundaes for dessert.

Tonight creamy zucchini soup and as main dish Kaiserschmarrn/pancake in small pieces with raisins soaked in rum served with homemade unsweetened applesauce made from Macintosh apples. To drink a glass of cold milk.

2 spring onions
