been on a dr. inspired diet so haven't been around much. Have managed to lose 20 pounds witch is about half way. Tonight is salmon and trew a potato in to share as well. Water because that is what I'm told.
left over pork tenderloin before it spoils, also using up some of the other things I have that I do not want to just toss, like some green beans, canned beets, spinach, etc. I will make a veggie salad and probably have some type of carb as well.
