I am doing Salmon patties with canned Salmon our daughter brought back from Alaska. With is we are having a mixed veggie salad as I have so many bits and pieces of veggies that need to be eaten or tossed. In fact some might be tossed when I take a second look at them. I will be able to put some home grown cherry tomatoes and peppers in the salad. The first of the season. I guess I will also do ramen noodles.
