I just stuffed some pork chops with herb stuffing and raisins. A green veg....probably green beans, and some applesauce.

OK, I made the arrabbiata the other day, so tonight I MUST make the buffalo chicken wings, whatever the baby craves notwithstanding!

I will do celery and carrot sticks, and maybe a small green salad to go with.

Strawberries and more chocolate cake for dessert.

I just couldn't figure out dinner tonight. The husband came home and suggested cheeseburgers. He pulled ground beef out of the freezer, half hour goes by and he announces that we have no cheese. So back in the freezer they go. No-one felt like pizza or take out or a nice restaurant. So we went to Suney's Pub. They sell seafood on Thursday and Fridays fresh off the boat. I had a lobster roll and steak fries. The husband had fish and chips. The six year old had fried whole belly clams, very impressive for a six year old! And the twelve year old had a clam strip dinner. Me and the husband had a Narragansett to drink.

Well, magic, that dinner sounds a lot tastier than cheeseburgers and you didn't have to cook it!

I love seafood and could eat it maybe three days a week.

Ribeye, cast iron fried, followed by an unpleasant local ale & nice strong double espresso. Not my fave cut... fat & grease isn't to my liking... but, it was tasty & tender, slathered in seasonings.
