What's for Dinner? 2018 Edition (mushroom, cake, coconut cake, avocado)

I had a pound of very greasy and yummeee beef stew-meat. Cooked it in the pan for a little then dined on total deliciousness.

Ran errands all day, and I am filling in for DH's right arm..... so fun stuff like shaving him.

Costco roast chicken, sugar snap peas and tomatoes from the garden.

Kung pao chicken

Turkey burger and green beans. Drank Newcastle Brown Ale.

Instead of rice I will serve it with garlic buttered naan and lassi to drink. For dessert red,juicy cherries.

I have tiny new potatoes for potatoe salad and a ham to in the smoker. As hot as it is I may not have to turn it on. Big bowl of salad.

the menu says braised pork but I am just not sure where I will find the time to brown them and the veggies before I go out for the day. that means Lord only know what we will have. They are pork country ribs, so had thought I might just have spoiled brat smoke them but now, it is supposed to rain all day. I guess if I get my ass off the chair I could get them ready pretty quickly. Oh who knows, I might get a brain action idea before long, if my brain has any action left.
