Leaving the office early this afternoon as we are having guests for an appetizer party this evening and I need to prepare the food. My husband has actually volunteered his services (he knows which side is bread is buttered on!) as they are mostly his friends.

beer - wine - pineapple rum slushes and

Today was fun. I made wings...salt and pepper wings (for the kids), pineapple teriyaki wings, and classic hot wings. Creamy coleslaw and cold beer go with them.
I made way too much pineapple teriyaki sauce and need to figure out something with the rest of it.
Couple slices of pizza and a garden salad. Snapple mango tea.
Dessert: split a red velvet cupcake with hubby.

Skewer of some veggies (zucchini squash), pineapple slices, chicken or jumbo shrimp?
We had black eyed pea patties with spicy corn salsa, sautéed quartered grape tomatoes, onions and baby kale.
