We will have choices of pot roast and slow smoked Boston Butt alongside pole beans and sliced tomatoes. What the visiting kids will eat in the way of vegetables is never a given and it’s no longer my problem.
It’s “the last supper” around here, since I’m getting a knee replacement tomorrow, and dh will be in charge of KP, so I guess I’ll make a mini thanksgiving.
Enjoy your mini TG with the family, but more importantly, good luck with tomorrow's surgery. I'm sure all will be fine!
For me... I'm not hungry today. Think I'll stick to black tea, lemon water & maybe some snacks later... pickles, olives.
Going to grill a pizza with mushrooms, onions, olives and turkey pepperoni. I will be making the crust, so wish me luck.
