The menu says steak and grilled veggies or green salad. I don't know if I had too much fiber yesterday or we had beans that may have been bad, but I am super upset right now. Have been awake 1/2 the night with a tummy ache. So right now, I can't even think dinner. I will wait til spoiled brat wakes up to decide. I know for sure the few beans that are left will visit the trash can and that is where they will stay. And I am going to think twice about having 6 fruits in a smoothly for breakfast and then have cauliflower and broccoli for dinner along with grilled peppers, onions, squash, and mushrooms.

It's a tough job but someone has to finish off the ribeye roast that was grilled for family that went home. For sides I'm requesting turnip greens and yellow squash. Iced tea.

I'm going to make a pot of pintos with onion and bacon for seasoning.

They will be served with sour cream, spicy carrot pickles, and flour tortillas. I may make corn bread too if I'm not too tired.

Watermelon wedges and a small caesar salad.
