I have never made or tried a tater tot casserole. In fact I had never even heard of it until someone here made it!
I think tonight I will attempt one. The family's reaction should be interesting!
Of course since I plan on grocery shopping today I could easily change my mind!
Trying to get a pear ripe is the reason we have given up eating them.
Luckily I like green pears too.
They're like the avocados here. You can't find a ripe one in the store, you have to plan ahead and buy a few that feel like they're at different stages to make sure you have one that's perfect on the day you need it.
today is bridge day here and I will bed serving pretty heavy appetizers in the early afternoon so dinner will be on the light side and quick.. I haven't really decided but think I am just going to do chicken salad and bread.
changed my mind; we are having lime coated chicken wings. I will just pop them into the air fryer for about 10 or so minutes and we are ready to eat.
Like breakfast - leftovers. Yesterday's brick oven chicken garlic pizza, the mix of beef and cheese ravioli. Not sure what I'm going to drink but most likely the rest of my Pure Leaf mint iced tea.
Mr. Praline is just getting over a nasty cold and I am indulging him with honey/garlic/sriracha fried chicken wings (if these don't open his nasal passages nothing will), corn on the cob, kimchi-fried rice and Smores mousse for dessert. (A couple of shots of Maker's will get him to the table.)
I need to get back to healthy eating. Grilled salmon, broccoli, and roasted sweet potato chunks.
