Had late lunch/ early dinner on the way bk from hardware store- happy hour menu from a favorite sushi spot- fried hamachi collar with a side of seaweed salad, salmon poke, and a bowl of miso soup that hit the spot, it was cold in that warehouse!

looks like we are finally going to get to our daughters for dinner. I think she is making either enchiladas or make your own tacos. Either way it will be great. She is a really good cook.

Tonight's dinner:

"What goes around, comes around"

Chili con Carne
Tossed Salad
Yellow Squash
Honey Cake topped with bananas foster

One of my friends sent me at least two meals of chili that her mother does not like. Last week, I sent her a meal of jambalaya and in prior weeks, when they were down with bad colds, I sent them some soup. That means that I do not have to cook tonight!!!
