My frozen dinner Staples:
Amy's: Kale and pasta bowl, margherita pizza, artichoke and parmesan Swirls, country bowls with pasta veggies and cheddar, ravioli.
Blake's: Shepard's Pie
Marie C's: Fettuccine with chicken and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, turkey pot pies.

Unfortunately I live on frozen dinners during the work week: it's just how it is...

Trader Joes Indian meals are awesome and taste authentic and are well porportioned- I LOVE the Butter chicken, and the lamb vindaloo is a close second. I also like their frozen fish entrees, also hearty....

They also have a Korean BBQ frozen marinated ribs selection that is delicious , but that needs to be pan fried (only takes a few minutes)...

I only buy the meat pies, and I cook them in the oven.

If you like battered fish, Costco sells Trident brand of battered cod & it is excellent. I also like the mini egg rolls. They are both frozen & last us quite a while.

They are the best but they also have an insane number of calories which may or may not be a concern to the OP.

I love Stouffers macaroni and cheese, as close to homemade as you're going to get especially if you cook it in the oven rather than the microwave. Healthy Choice has some frozen entrees that are quite good and I buy them for lunch regularly.
