Eggs, sausage/bacon, and toss on bread for a sandwich.

Eggs, add cherry peppers, and an Eggo with honey.

Eggs, sausage/bacon, cherry peppers, wrap up in a tortilla, add a slice of pound cake.

Toast croissants and add quality jam on top on one half, the other half put some slices of ham or salami.

All these are very quick to make, low in cost.

Eggs, as others have suggested here. They don't take long at all. Omelettes are the best, too, and it could be a simple one with Tabasco whisked in, and topped with cheese. Very filling.

Whatever I feel like eating. I don't believe in "breakfast food."

There are so many cereals out there, try something new!
I either eat cereal or a bagel with peanut butter most days.

The best way to ruin your whole day, is to start it off by stuffing your face with junk food.

2nd ... I have eaten everything for breakfast that Harpaint listed many times and it never ruined a single day for me.

Its not like he listed Ding Dongs or a bowl of ice cream and some microwave popcorn or a bag of skittles and a coke.

My easiest is Greek Yogurt with frozen blueberries. (I always keep a huge bag of frozen blueberries in the freezer. Very healthy with lots of antioxidants)

Oatmeal with blueberries is also another frequent and easy one for me. Very hearty, filling and healthy with great fiber.

Whole wheat pancakes with any number of things added such as: protein powder, blueberries, walnuts, pecans, natural peanut butter, pumpkin puree, oatmeal, etc. Make them either sweet or savory.

Whole grain toasted bread or English muffin with natural peanut butter or almond butter and either jelly, apple slices, raisins or banana. Very filling and healthy.

Boil up a dozen eggs and keep in fridge for the week for a super quick breakfast to have with whole grain toast or English muffin:
"My" best way to boil eggs:
Cover eggs with water in a pan on high heat.
As soon as it comes to boil, remove from heat and cover for exactly 10 mins and they are done!
Dump the hot water.
Shake the pan to crack all of the eggs.
Then run cold water over them to make them peel easier.

Wow, no kidding! That list didn't sound particularly junk-foodish to me. Not so on board with the cold pizza, but I'm probably the only person on Earth who doesn't like cold pizza, anyway.
