I would use a thin spaghetti or angel hair and I would also use swai, available at the market in 24 oz. frozen bags; each fillet individually vacuum sealed air tight.

I'd use a very basic butter sauce with some Imported Sicilian lemon juice, also commonly found at the market...season to your taste.
