I'm experimenting with my diet. I think I may need to eat a little more protein. I figure I'd exchange my daily 100 cal bag of popcorn for a protein-rich snack, or at least alternate. Just need something tasty that would last me about 2 hrs, as I eat basically every 2-3 hours. Thanks.

Dry roasted mealworms. They taste like fried pork rinds.

A boneless, skinless chicken breast has 110 calories. Turkey or ham coldcuts.

I like a couple of slices of ham or turkey. Maybe with a cherry tomato.

Cottage cheese, deviled eggs with Greek yogurt instead of mayo, peanut butter with celery, carrots or apple, a wedge of hard cheese with a few crackers, water crackers are good for low cal, Greek yogurt and throw in fresh blueberries or strawberries.
