Hello, I purchased a tray of Almond Bark Chocolate at the grocery by mistake .I thought it was candy. Can we just eat it as candy with no cooking?

yup, it's just almonds, chocolate and shortening ~ might play havoc on your bowels if you ate a lot.

Quick and simple desert idea, peanut-butter between 2 Ritz crackers to form a sandwich and then coat those in almond bark. I call them Grandma Cookies because that's who fed them to me in wheelbarrow loads when I was a tot.

Bark chocolates are candy. They come in many different flavors or you can make at home....peppermint, toffee, etc.

It's a chocolate flavored candy coating. You could eat it as it is, but if you're used to good chocolate, you'll definitely be able to tell this isn't chocolate.

Yes, you can eat it straight from the package. But here's an idea: Melt some in a pot on low heat and then dip your favorite summertime fruit into it. Chocolate-covered strawberries or chocolate-covered bananas... The possibilities are endless.

This reminds me that I have a 3-pound stash of almond bark in my cabinets right now. I bought it just after Christmas. A nearby store had it on clearance for only $1. I couldn't resist. Three pounds for only $3.
