1) Buddy's pizza (that's national right?) Buddy's is crack on a pizza pan
2) Pizza Hut (the crust is amazing!)
3) Hungry Howies ( gotta give it to the flavored crust makers!)
4) Papa John's (who can resist the garlic butter)
5) OH WAIT! What about Sbarro's? Mmmm yummy. I would put them higher on the list, I just don't know where exactly.
6) And mmmmmaaaaaaayyyyybe Little Caesar's can be on the list but definitely not Domino's. Domino's is crap.
Hungry Howie's is based out of the Detroit area, I believe. When I went to college in Statesboro, Georgia, there was a Hungrie Howie's. Talk about flavored-crust pizza. It closed. I don't know of any other stores in Georgia.
Truth be told I wouldn't rank any of the national pizza chains as any good as they all copy from each other and skimp on quality ingredients. Local pizza houses try harder as they know that word of mouth is what gets them business. For the best pizza in town I always rely on my Wife to make her own from scratch...nothing better if you know pizza

Yeah, I think the best pizza I ever had was in Holly Springs, Mississippi at a little place called Victor's Pizza. It has been a decade and I still remember how good it was, even better than what I tried in NYC.
