A set of stainless mixing bowls from Ikea - each has inside measuring marks, rubber coated non-slip base, a pour spout and lid.

Brevelle toaster oven - used multiple times daily; more frequently-used than the regular oven and microwave combined.

Stainless steel slotted spoon. It's just so darn handy, and when I wake up at 3:00 am with an itchy back, it doubles as a back scratcher!
