Using up a few of our leftovers, and I'm putting some of it into my lime flavored tacos too, hot apple cider.

Brunch for dinner. An omelette for two - filled with what we had on hand - caramelized onions, wild mushrooms, and quatered grape tomatoes sauteed in butter, shredded Swiss cheese and herbs,
Warm croissants and a half a pink grape fruit for desert.

To drink, Bloody Mary's with Grey Goose vodka.

Thank you kindly for asking, Praline... I'll be fine. I have been constantly sick since Oct, which is very rare for me... it's the same nondescript thing over & over, like a virus I can't kick. No health insurance & nobody to help... it's just me. Still, I'll be fine... cranky & disgusted, but at least I've maintained my sense of humor.

For me, a can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup. A bit later, a grapefruit. I've got 8 of them & over a dozen apples to use within the next few days...

... before the fruit flies begin fighting me for them... so I'll be fruited out come mid-wk.

Muffaletta pasta salad using leftover deli meats, olive salad and giardiniera from our muffaletta fritatta from last week. Used up some leftover boccatini from the freezer as well, plus some fresh grape tomatoes and basil. Came out really, really good.

Tonight it is Fish and chips: and yes, right out of the freezer. We have to run errands today even though the temps will not get much above 15 until this pm and I have to see the dentist. So, dinner is what I want regardless as to healthy or not. I will also do cauliflower cold slaw.
