I pulled some turkey asian-style meatball mix out of the freezer, and mocked up a sauce for them from black bean sauce, ponzu, and salted red chiles I made last summer.

Sides were fully materialized steamed broccoli and some Costco ***-chae noodle mix that I added green onion and shredded red cabbage to.

Tonight's dinner:

Ground pork omelette (Tortang Giniling)
Zucchini, Yellow Squash, and Tomatoes
Lemon Bars

I tried this recipe tonight. it was a major disappointment. It was very bland. I added some soy sauce and worcestershire sauce to give it more flavor.

We had pizza nachos for dinner last night. They were supposed to be pepperoni pizza nachos, but somehow we forgot the pepperoni. They actually did taste like a pizza. Quite good, but would have been even better with the pepperoni I'm sure.

I forgot to add the spinach to the chickpeas last night so I'll use it in a quiche with mushrooms and coconut milk for tonight's dinner. Also, roasted sweet potatoes and red peppers, and slaw.
