Lodestar: yes, happy belated birthday and Sheena, please keep us informed when you get the results.. I am sure you will.

Tonight we are having Cod, cold slaw and potatoes. I have never fixed Cod I don't think other than the frozen kind which anyone can do. I got a great deal on fresh, wild Alaskan Cod a couple of days ago and can't wait to give it a try.

We're having it for supper tonight. The Norwegians call it torsk and we American cousins call it "poor man's lobster" We bake it basted with butter and serve it with a lemon butter sauce. I'm going to try mine in the microwave this time.

I'm so excited about dessert - another excess. It's a banana split dessert I make once a year. A graham cracker crust topped with a butter, egg, powdered sugar spread, layered crushed pineapple, strawberries, sliced bananas, a whipped cream topping, crushed nuts, maraschino cherries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

This one's going to have to be spread around the neighborhood or I'll eat it all.

Thanks for the birthday wishes my online friends.

Happy Belated Lodestar!!! I LOVE torsk, one of my favorite ways to cook fish.

Probably one more night of leftovers and then I'll start earning my way again.

Tonight we will have Indian butter chicken over rice, corn on the cob and homemade herb crackers.

Debsi, I just scrolled back to see the photos that everyone is gushing over. Yes, she is a little, adorable beauty! What a wonderful smile she has.
