We're just having tuna melts, fries and coleslaw and a bottle of Pinot Grigio. We're are going roller skating with friends so I hope I don't break my 43-year old neck!

Finally was able to eat something besides eggs. Stuffed green peppers and canned green beans. I know, yuck, but they are super soft so it worked for me.

Going to Texas Roadhouse in a couple of minutes with a couple of friends. I'm going to have steak, Pittsburgh style with some fries and a house salad. Looking forward to a couple of casuals as well. Have a nice Friday night everyone.

I made brats on buns with sauerkraut and corn on the cob. It’s the first corn I’ve seen, and it was very good.

tonight we will be having blue cheese, chicken smoke sausage we get at Fresh Market. I prefer beef or pork smoked sausage but chicken is healthier I guess. With the sausage we are having grilled veggies, cold slaw with added fresh pineapple and cranberries. I will probably have a carb of some kind but don't know yet. We were planning on grilling lamb chops but mother nature is going to interfere big time. The lamb chops will have to wait until tomorrow and even then they might have to be grilled inside.
