We got take out form a local BBQ Joint called dang BBQ. I had a pulled pork sanwghich with sweet potato fries. DH had Chili mac and FF with pulled chicken, bacon and ranch dressing. needless to say he has leftovers.
so did the teams you routed for win? Mine did. Our son in law is a Tech alum. We are thrilled. I fell asleep before the second game was over.
Tonight for dinner: lamb chops regardless of the weather. If it is raining I will do them inside. Also potatoes, salad and brussel sprouts. We were going to have the chops last night but had brats instead.
That sounds like a delicious dinner! I'm sure you and your son in law can't wait for that game. I worked for a long time (same dept) with a guy that went to UVA and wanted them to win yesterday. What a game that was! My first choice, Michigan State, lost (a nephew is a dedicated fan). I just want a good close game tomorrow. If Texas Tech plays like they did Saturday, they have a good chance. Good luck!
Will be eating later. A turkey burger most likely; don't know what else just yet.

What was going to be a small meal turned into a buffet:
Beets and gorgonzola cheese over baby greens
Greek chicken and potatoes
Green beans with parmesan cheese
Marinated cucumbers
Apple and plum crisp
Cheesecake.
Next time, I will tell people NOT to bring anything.
A turkey burger, Cracker Barrel mac & cheese (sharp cheddar) and green beans. Drank Red Stripe beer. Fwiw, today was National Beer Day.
