I cooked an original recipe for the first time in over 6 months tonight, it was very nice.

After cleaning dead spiders out of the pots and pans, I got to work assembling the meal, which was pasta, with a Roquefort cheese sauce, pesto, and trout. It tasted incredible, the flavour was utterly amazing. Amazing. And no hints of dead spider thankfully.

I made a crock pot full of red sauce today to bag and freeze for fast meals. I expect to be working A LOT over the next couple of months so I'm going to need the freezer stocked with some quick meals. Served the red sauce over spaghetti squash and meatballs.
