What’s For Dinner? 2019 Edition (burger, grilled, frozen, healthy)

Finished the leftover spaghetti with meat sauce and a salad. Drank Red Stripe beer.

After a long and exhausting day we had fish and chips and a Harp Lager at an Irish pub.

Last night's dinner. Tater tots with shredded pepperjack, pulled pork, diced onions and jalapenos drizzled with BBQ sauce. Then broiled and sprinkled with chopped green onions. It was supposed to have cole slaw too but I spaced it. I used this recipe https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/24...-pork-totchos/ I liked it!


Tonight's dinner will be chicken broccoli alfredo pasta.

For tonight:: grilled ahi tuna with soy sauce & wasabi, green beans, and macaroni salad. Budweiser Light beer to drink.

We got food to go from a local diner. I had French toast with sausage and DH had chicken fingers and potato skins.
