Alas, from everything I've read, they simply don't freeze well -- which is why I was so surprised to see Welch's selling a frozen version. But as I wrote earlier, the reviews were awful.

lamb shanks in a tomato cumin sauce in the Instant Pot, and steamed broccoli with lemon. Mixed berries tossed with elderflower syrup for dessert.

Grilled pizza trio.

Cherry Bomb
Has grilled chicken, cherry preserves and whole cherries. Mozzarella, cheddar and parmigiano for cheeses.


Moussaka
Lamb, eggplant and tomato sauce. Pecorino and Mozzarella for cheeses.


Venetian
Sweet sopressata, onion jam, walnuts. Mozzarella and parmigiano for cheeses.

Last night was beef stew with Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits.
Tonight I’ll be getting home late afternoon, so I’ll make a quick beef and bean bbq casserole.
