decided to have our Flounder tonight instead of last night. Las night we ended up have brats, fries and roasted brussle sprouts. The positive part: the brats were great: the negative and I mean negative was they awful, under cooked brussel sprouts. I don't know what I did wrong but whatever they were awful
Chicken breast with a rosemary cranberry sauce, small salad. Turmeric chai latte for me, fresh fruit and yogurt for DH for dessert.

Made a Yukon Gold potato salad with a Dijon, and dill mayo and sour cream dressing.
A Healthy Dinner, blackened chicken salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion, garbanzo bean, cucumber and radishes with feta cheese.
