Summer is here and dinner will be served out on the patio under our Maple tree.
I am making seasoned chicken breast marinated in plain yogurt,cilantro,green chilies,roasted cumin,garlic and ginger and prepare the garlic naan.Just before we eat I will make naan sandwiches with the chicken slices,tomato,red and Vidalia onion slices,fresh mint and cilantro leaves from my garden and Feta cheese.To drink lassi with an ice cube.For dessert red cherries.Just love the cherry season!
I bought a small pork loin, marinated in a chili, cilantro sauce. I will do it in the insta pot, with some carrots and onions. With it, having corn on the cob and a green salad, with tomatoes, peppers and cukes from the garden. I love this time or year, hot or not.
Pan fried chicken breast, mushrooms and garlic parm cream sauce, over a bed of arugula and sauteed sugar snap peas.
