Chicken oyster thighs marinated overnight in Frank's Chili and Lime sauce with added chili flakes and coated with ground cashew nuts then roasted.
With some basmati rice boiled in cocount milk.

I had Taco Bell. First time in at least a decade. Pretty expensive but it was okay. Nacho fries were delicious.

Still struggling with dental issues. I made some deviled eggs and roasted stuffed tomatoes. They were delicious together!



To drink -Rhinegeist "Truth" IPA made right here in Cincinnati OH. I think it's my new favorite IPA.



Desert was provided by an originally southern friend and it was DELICIOUS - traditional banana pudding.
