It's way too hot for me to have any interest in cooking tonight, so I'm eating a bowl of full of only cubed avocados, halved baby cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives.

Delicious lazy meal

Plenty in refrigerator for DH to choose from and I'm in a dental situation. Had a super cleaning and antibiotic implants. Not supposed to floss or pick for ten days. Nothing crunchy. Yuck.

I can't think of much I'd want to eat that won't require my friend, flossing. Think I'll have some scrambled eggs and cottage cheese with sriracha and a side of watermelon.

Last night I had a peeled tomato, soft bread and cheese and the potato salad before I had added the pickles and onions.

This is going to get old really fast.

Made a spicy veggie rice-noodle stir fry. Tried drinking one of my son's liberty mountain dews, wow worst soda. Switched back to ice water.

Tonight the husband will be making a beer can chicken. My part will be making roasted potatoes and a spinah, red onion and strawberry salad. I will make a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The husband is also in charge of frying goat cheese slices for the salad.

Happy Hour night, as usual need something tasty but quick. I am doing cream of chicken soup in the insta pot so it will be ready when we get home. Because I have an over stocked amount of sour dough bread I will also do grilled cheese sandwiches.
