What’s For Dinner? 2019 Edition (bbq, mushrooms, healthy, chinese)

We are taking our oldest daughter for lunch to celebrate her 60th birthday so dinner will be be almost nothing. I have a frozen pizza in the freezer so that will be dinner. Of course I will add a few yummies to make it better.

ATK's North Carolina dipped fried chicken (without the dip), mashies and zucchini/carrot veges. DH had gravy on his mashies.

Last night we went to our favorite Korean restaurant: fried shrimp, spicy pork, meat jun, and bibimbap.

Hubby's cooking! It's fajitas and a fruit salad.

Leftover homemade chili (half beef and half Italian sausage) over couscous and a handful of good shredded cheddar cheese. Half a can of fruit cocktail. I am eating my way through my pantry and freezer so I will be eating lots of canned goods in the coming month.

Tonight's dinner....skewers of chicken marinated in a mustard based BBQ sauce, onions and fresh pineapple. I am serving with Jasmine rice cooked with Maggi Halal chicken stock and peas.

For those that remember LaceEx I think she named it "Red Flannel Hash" It's just simple slightly above peasant meal made from browned ground beef and potatoes with some dice onions all browned up together and drenched in spicy ketchup. Every so often the craving must be satisfied.
