Yesterday's quiche with smoked ham, green peas and cheddar in a cream cheese crust was a success!
SO asked for fajitas - chicken/hot banana peppers and whatever I find.

Meeting SIL for her birthday brunch and then a light dinner later with family at a steak house, DH and I will probably split a dish.

Tonight it will be garlic Johnsonville sausage, home made kidney beans & some steamed green beans. Home made apple pie with ice cream later, if any room left.

Sometime a couple weeks ago DH bought 3 store made pizzas for $10. We had the 2nd one - half pepperoni, 1/2 cheese. It was pretty tasty. Drank some Snapple mango. Skipping dessert tonight tho. Later on, I had a cup of hot apple cider.

I've been working on yeasted puff pastry dough for the last 3 days.

The top right are 3 of the pigs in blankets I made. The largest 1 is before I realized I needed to roll the dough thinner. There was our homemade mustard and a slice of colby cheese, besides the all beef hot dog inside. Side was coleslaw.

Top left pain au chocolate logs, 4. The bottom is, obviously, small croissaints.
