Beef in oyster and black bean sauce on Yorkshire Puddings with some oven fries.
Odd combination but it worked.

Pretty much a basic week day dinner: chicken thighs, fruit salad and either brussel sprouts or asparagus. Nothing at all fancy or time consuming. Today is another bridge day.

Last night was two wasa crackers with manchengo, one pack of madras lentils, and 2 Aussie Bites (Costco).

Tonight maybe a fried egg sandwich? I may be able to cobble together a salad, but just vinegar for dressing.

When I am under stress, sleep deprived and busy my eating habits seem to fall apart.

I have brussel sprouts, I should just cook them so they are ready for... something.

Cut them down the middle and bake in olive oil with chopped ham or bacon and sprinkled with cheese towards the end.
You'll never taste sprouts as good as this again.

Bacon, avocado, and baby spinach wraps on some lovely flat bread I bought yesterday. Potato chips and homemade cucumber pickles (jalapeño or dill). Honeycrisp slices.

We love my sliced Brussels sprouts sautéed with garlic and slivered almonds so much that we never eat them any other way. I dislike that shriveled quality they get when you roast them.

I'm sure that tastes amazing, and would be great for guests. We tend to keep our veggies on the healthier side, probably serve with a balsamic glaze if I didn't all ready give them all away.

We are mid move... buy nothing, eat what's here or eat out.

I've been promised Cube Steak, mashed potatoes and Fordhook Lima beans... Iced tea. If only we had a coconut cream pie in the freezer.

Tonight we are having the leftover noodles and spinach from last night with the addition of garlic butter herb steak bites and the rest of the coconut cupcakes.
