Actually I found the dozen eggs in the fridge.... We had a large late lunch/early dinner.

Man doo, spicy fried pork, veggie pancake, bibimbap and short ribs. So good.

Mrs RC and I got a little Saturday night drunk last night so I made one of my Fat Elvis specials.
Sausages, potatoes and cheese and tomatoes baked crisp in the oven then placed in a scooped-out loaf of bread and baked again with some more grated cheese of top.
There was a whole lotta lovin' going on after that beauty !

I just put a Boston butt in the smoker for pulled pork tonight. I can find some fresh mustard greens those will be on the menu along with a heavily buttered sweet potato well plastered with cinnamon. Cold brewed iced tea. Maybe even a cherry pie for dessert... The smoke for the pulled pork is courtesy of some solid cherry wood from the wood shop. Nothing is wasted. There is a use for the fragments...
