I was just gonna scrounge, but we now have unexpected guests coming for dinner. New plan is individual grilled meat loaves, baked potatoes with sour cream, green onions and seasoned bacon (totally retro!), roasted carrots, butter lettuce and arugula salad with tomatoes and cucumbers. I don't think I'll make a dessert.
I ditched the beef stroganoff for air fried buffalo wings.
