Shrimp fajitas with beans, rice, homemade tortillas, guacamole, cheese, and pico de gallo.

Two slices of cranberry orange nut bread, a dish of cottage cheese, some cashews and a piece of dark chocolate.

I imagine we will have a rerun of the turkey dinner and pumpkin pie from yesterday. All the goodness, none of the work.

Last night turned out to be braised beef short rib over mashed potatoes with a winey gravy, with grilled asparagus on the side and a glass of cabernet sauvignon.

Tonight will be a sheet pan dinner of merguez, eggplant and cherry tomatoes tossed in olive oil with middle eastern spicing, some yogurt and pomegranate seeds added on top, and marzipan brownies for dessert.
