I give up trying to decide what is what and when. Our spaghetti last night will be tonight's dinner cause our company stayed a bit longer than we had expected and we decided, after so many appetizers and wine we could go easy last night. So we had burgers topped with mushrooms but no buns. They were really good and certainly all we needed.
SO's choice - bacon wrapped beef tenderloin, oven warm very thin Foccaccia with Parmesan, the never ending bowl of green salad. Some good merlot. He will have to give up one of his babies
sirloin strip roast... bought a whole boneless sirloin strip (choice grade) sliced half for steaks...and tied the other half and placed on the rotisserie
