A pot of split pea soup is simmering now. Typically I make cornbread to go with the soup. After husband's physical yesterday there will be no cornbread tonight. I'm wondering if I can throw some shredded zucchini in there?

Roast pork tenderloin with a glaze made with fennel pollen, dijon, balsamic and honey. Sides were steamed green beans and a potato, fresh fennel, onion gratin with gruyere.
