why not just put all of it in a casserole and bake it.

I used a can of tuna that was open in the frig for about a month. I don't feel sick but I threw the whole bunch out. Should I be worried

Why 3 days? I make tuna/macaroni salad and eat it for 5/6 days all the time

Did you actually eat any of that tuna? If so, remember to drink lots of fluids so you don't get dehydrated from the vomiting and pooping you're about to suffer through.

sometimes it really is worth reading a thread before parachuting in. OP has stated that they used an open can of tuna that had been in the fridge for a month. It's all been thrown out already.
