Those stands at the mall that flattens and then roll ice cream and other flavors into a roll up.

Not a fan. A snowy rolls place opened up near us last year.
We went just to try it out and really didn't care for it.

We tried a place that did the rolled ice cream over in Utah a couple of months ago. It was just o.k. nothing impressive. Just basic ice cream with toppings smooshed into the ice cream, or thrown on top. I'd rather go to Cold Stone Creamery, or Marble Slab for great flavors and better toppings.

The Thai stuff?

It's been having a moment here for a couple of years (though I don't know if it's still a craze). It just seemed gimmicky, and a more costly way to serve ice cream. Eh.

I don't know about Thai, it's ice cream spread on a ice cold plate mashed into a sheet then roll into a fruit roll-up and served with toppings.

Yep, that's the one. It's a style popular with street vendors in Thailand (as well as Philippines and some other locales).
