I eat it basically every day, morning or nite...a couple scoops of Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie or the most yellow french vanilla are my favorites.
Only when I make it... pre-made stuff is simply nasty and I won't touch it (and in not touching it, I've seen that it doesn't melt... gross). But I've made 2 pints in the past 2 months, plan to make another pint this coming week after going to the grocery store. It'd been over a year before that, though I'd been making fudge-pops (frozen chocolate pudding, again home made).

We don’t have the ice cream regularly mainly because We have troubles finding non- adulterated by HFCS and other chemical “ enhancements?” ice cream.
You literally have to go through each variety and each manufacture to find 1 with just cream, sugar and eggs.
So I started thinking, maybe I should make our own?
Will you have any advice how to proceed? For example,
What ice cream maker to buy? What is the quality of ice cream?
Are costs comparable or is it more expensive to make with wholesome ingredients?
Appreciate your comments
I have a thing for Haagen Daz Rocky Road at least 3 times a week.
