Slice of pizza (leftover from a *week*ago?), mini side of green salad w/ PN's Citrus Splash, a few mozzarella baked sticks, some cottage cheese & water.
Thai chicken satay on the Weber and potato salad. I don’t bother to skewer it. Just sliced boneless chicken breast and the curry marinade packet with a splash of water.
Certainly nothing like the olden days when, traditionally we smoked a brisket, had potato salad , watermelon and lots of fun stuff with friends and family. Now it is just another day. We will have pork steak, yams and veggies. Of course we will watch a Washington July 4th. and have our share of wine or whatever Last night we had our big fireworks display over the lake: really pretty.
