Tonight we are having tilapia in a lemon/garlic/ butter sauce dusted with paprika and chives for color; baked potatoes with lots of sour cream, butter and chives; a garden salad; a bottle of Veuve; and lemon sorbet with shortbread cookies for dessert. Even though we have seen all 5 seasons, we are going to binge watch seasons 2 and 3 of Line of Duty again.

The smoked chicken we took to the beach and ignored in favor of fresh fish was turned into a chicken enchilada casserole. Simple salad with avocado on the side.
