I saw your post and decided it was time to try meatloaf in the Instant Pot. We'll probably have it with potatoes and peas.

Tonight, my father-in-law is making his superb steak pizzaiola topped with lots of cheese. I am making a garden salad and garlic knots. I made a pecan pie last night.

We went to Sam’s today, so dinner is a packaged pulled pork entree, with our own bbq sauce, slider buns, leftover potato salad, and 3 bean salad. Easy and good.
