I had plans to do a lasagna in the Instant Pot but the Italian sausage I took out of the freezer had a funky smelll so i switched over to pan fried chicken breast with a sweet potato mash and asparagus.
Ending up roasting the chicken. I thought the previous owners had left a Römertopf, but the bottom is not glazed so I put in foil. You soak the lid in water and put in an oven with no preheating. It's all new to me, so we'll see how it turns out. Asparagus on the side, and I took what greens I could from the garden. It is supposed to be 10 degrees tonight, so even with my best efforts at insulation it is VERY iffy if anything in the garden will survive. It's all new to me so we'll see.
