Probably one of the most common summer meals will be on our table later today: grilled steak, with lots of grilled veggies. With the steak and veggies I am doing Cous Cous instead of potatoes cause the potatoes we have are beginning to spoil. DARN!!!!!
I'm leaning towards protein pancakes, greek yogurt, and fresh berries.

I think I'm going to turn some leftover pilaf into fried rice with the addition of bell peppers and scallions that are going bad, and lots of eggs, and make up some tuna cakes. Simple dinner.
I bought some beautiful baby bok choy at the farmer's market yesterday. I found this recipe https://theforkedspoon.com/ginger-ga...with-bok-choy/ I am making it tonight but adding shrimp, changing from rice noodles to udon and I am using shiitake mushrooms instead of cremini.
Almost forgot! We are having macerated stawberries over lemon pound cake for dessert. The strawberries looked awesome at the farmer's market. I coukd not resist!
Considering it’s dinner consisting of a bit of this n that from the fridge, it shaping up to be pretty good.
Coleslaw with Marzettis, barbecue chicken sandwiches from leftover rotisserie chicken, strawberry shortcake with fresh baked shortcake and whipped cream, either corn on the cob or French fries.
