What's For Dinner? ~ 2020 Edition ~ (suggestions, kosher, ingredients, drinking water)

Tonight at the Case abode: Leftovers with the last vestiges of my brilliant pot roast with gravy (and plenty of carrots, onions, and mushrooms).

We had chicken wings which I only recently decided I like. The husband made an incredible dish with summer squash, zucchini, onions, garlic, tomatoes and fresh basil. It was one of the best things I have eaten all year. Rounded out dinner with some Near East rice pilaf.

Grilled salmon, stove-top roasted potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Strawberries and pound cake later.

Shredded beef hard shell tacos, salad and refried beans. Budweiser Light beer to drink and lemon cookies for dessert.

Tonight pasta salad,lemon water and for dessert watermelon slices.

fresh or leftover spaghetti
olive oil
finely sliced garlic cloves
baby spinach,halved cherry tomatoes,chopped green onions,halved dark purple olives
Feta cheese, pine nuts,lemon rind,basil and finely chopped red and green chilies
Mediterranean sea salt and black pepper

TJs lemon / ricotta ravioli with some sort of sauce involving beet greens and tomatoes, garlic....

The side will be cucumber, red onion, tomato and shisito pepper salad.

Happy hour night plus running errands this afternoon so not much time to be cooking: WE are having clam chowder right from the Seafood place our daughter ordered the Lobster for spoiled brat on Fathers day. With it we are having sliced fruit. Of course can't have Clam chowder without oyster crackers and a nice glass of Pinot Grigio on a hot, summer night.
