Our first time trying the Beyond Meat Sausage, which is strictly plant based and they were good. We will be making this dish again.
Rick, the hot Italian sausages should be their flagship product. It's far better than their burgers, but I do occasionally have them while at a restaurant or when grilling out. Your meal sounds excellent!

I had homemade chili tonight with Oyster crackers, shredded cheese and sourcream. I never ended up making it last night so we went to Arby's.

We will enjoy a nice thick loin pork chop that is not over cooked add to that sweet potatoes, small cold slaw salad and brussel sprouts. Of course a glass of wine will be on the table next to our plates. All this on our new TV trays we got for Christmas which are almost too pretty to use.
