Falafel (the mix says Lebanese style) on fresh flat bread with the following offerings:

Labneh (yogurt cheese)
Persian cucumbers, chopped
Shallots, thinly sliced
Tomato, sliced
Fresh dill and mint

A sauce made of some of the labneh, garlic, and vinegar

Found the Tyson Air Fried chicken. DH had his on ciabatta bread. I used one of those thin multi grain buns(?) and toasted it for about a minute. Buttered, added baby spinach and a few of those sea salt bread ‘n butter pickle chips. Forgot about the tomato. Oh well, maybe next time? Snapple Apple (only a few sips).

Dessert: Slowly whittling away at the Panettone and cup of Bigelow Keurig’s Green (?) Tea.
