It's warmed up here in SW Florida, so I picked up a couple of nice sirloins on special. On the grill they will go. Just going to have Caesar Salad with it, no potatoes or anything. Keeping it on the lighter side. A nice Columbia Valley Cabernet will go nicely with it.

I made no-mayo tuna salad and it was delicious
I decided to go simple and just make a sandwich. I didn't have any cold cuts but I DID have Starkist yellowfin tuna packed in EVOO, so I plunked that into a bowl, added a bit of avocado oil (since I don't have avocados at the moment) and a tiny bit of lemon juice and some Dijon mustard, then diced some celery and onion and plopped those in the bowl as well with some minced garlic. Mixed it all up and spread it on oatmeal bread (my favorite) with a bit more mustard. It was fantastic!
I haven't had mayonnaise in the house for literally decades so I am very happy to have found a no-mayo tuna salad recipe that is really delicious. It's a modification of this recipe: https://www.simplywhisked.com/no-mayo-tuna-salad/ . I left the carrots and bell peppers out as I wasn't sure I'd like them in tuna salad.
Happy Saturday night! My fun plans are class prep, then cuddling up with the kitties and watching streaming video, LOL!
